Important Notes
1. You cannot download results or submit new tasks if your account balance is zero or negative.
2. If your balance is negative but the outstanding amount does not exceed your credit limit, submitted tasks can continue rendering until the credit limit is exhausted—after which tasks will be immediately stopped.
3. New users start with a 100 credit limit. Your credit limit will increase based on your total accumulated rendering point purchases.You can manually set a maximum credit limit (to control your allowable overdraft) in User Center - My Account or by clicking your avatar and selecting Account Balance in the client.
4. Any costs incurred due to user-initiated task deletion or stopping are borne by the user.
5. Costs resulting from task suspension due to insufficient funds are the user’s responsibility.
6. Rendering time overruns caused by errors in scene models, materials, or render settings are the user’s responsibility.
7. If rendering errors are confirmed to be caused byRenderwow’s cloud system,Renderwow will bear the associated rendering costs.
8. Once a suspended or arrears-stopped task is resumed, rendering restarts from the beginning—it cannot resume from the previous state.
9. After rendering completion, we recommend deleting tasks in the client. Un-deleted tasks are retained for up to 7 days before automatic cleanup.
10. For scenes using special plugins or where the cloud environment (e.g., software version) differs from your local setup, please contact Renderwow customer service for confirmation before submitting.
11. In rare cases where 3D software crashes during rendering due to unforeseeable factors,Renderwow may offer compensation but does not assume liability for such incidents.
12. V-Ray’s distributed rendering feature is inherently unstable due to limitations in V-Ray itself. Unless urgent,Renderwow does not recommend using V-Ray distributed rendering.
13. By registering, every user automatically agrees to Renderwow’s confidentiality terms as outlined in the “Shinewonder User License Agreement.” If additional confidentiality assurances are needed, please contact customer service to sign a dedicated “Shinewonder Confidentiality Agreement.”
14. Renderwow operates on a prepayment basis. Please ensure sufficient account balance before use. Post-rendering payment is not accepted. For special rendering services requiring manual handling, please contact online support.
15. Post-payment rendering is not supported. Users who maliciously accrue debt without settling outstanding balances may be permanently banned from Renderwow, and legal action may be pursued.
16. Funds deposited into yourRenderwow account cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
17. Renderwow provides fully automated self-service rendering—tasks can be submitted with one click and are automatically packaged, rendered, and downloaded. For services requiring manual intervention, please contact Renderwow support.
18. Animation rendering enjoys special discounted pricing. Submitting animation frames as individual still images is strictly prohibited. Violators risk task deletion and permanent account suspension.
19. Shinewonder Hong Kong Limited reserves the final right of interpretation for all the above terms. Please ensure you fully understand and accept these terms before rendering. Contact customer service with any questions.
