12.3 Billing Rules

12.3.1 Animation Rendering Billing (Rendering Power × Hours)

Renderwow measures the rendering performance of servers with different configurations using GHz, and prices all servers indirectly through GHz-based pricing.

For example, Renderwow’s discounted still image rendering is priced at 0.015 Render Points/GHz·hour. Therefore, rendering for 1 hour on an 85 GHz server would cost: 85 GHz × 0.015 Render Points/GHz·hour = 1.275 Render Points/hour.

Formula: Cost = Server GHz × Rendering Hours × Unit Price (Render Points/GHz·hour)

12.3.2 Still Image Rendering Billing (Price Cap)

Renderwow’s still frame rendering adopts a price cap to protect users from incurring excessive costs due to long rendering times:

Rendering Type Cap Price (Per Frame / Per Image)

Single-Node CPU Rendering (1 node)

25 Render Points

Distributed CPU Rendering (e.g., 4 nodes)

100 Render Points (Linear calculation)

GPU Rendering (per node)

40 Render Points

3ds Max Pre-render quote

Resolution-based transparent pricing; precise quote available before submission

Note: Distributed rendering cap prices are calculated linearly by node count. For example, the cap for rendering a single frame with 4 nodes is 4 × 25 = 100 Render Points.

12.3.3 Held Funds Description

After submitting a rendering job, the system will reserve the corresponding Render Points based on the estimated usage (displayed as "Pending Charges"). Upon successful job completion, the reserved amount will be deducted. If the rendering job fails, the reserved amount will be automatically refunded to your account balance, and no fees will be charged.

12.4 Billing and Consumption Records

Log in to the Renderwow official website User Center (https://cloud.renderwow.com/), navigate to "User Center" → "My Jobs" to view detailed consumption records, including: the deduction amount, time, and job information for each rendering job, as well as recharge records, bonus records, etc.

During job rendering, you can double-click the job in the Renderwow client to open "Frame Details" and view the cost of completed frames in real time, making it easier to control your rendering budget.
